سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
في MHLZEN، نحرص على تقديم منتجات عالية الجودة وخدمة موثوقة. ونظرًا لأن المنتجات تُشحن مباشرة من المورد، فإن سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال تكون وفقًا للشروط التالية:
- يمكن تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
- لا يشمل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال المنتجات المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج بعد الاستلام.
- في حال وصول منتج تالف، أو مختلف عن الطلب، أو به عيب مصنعي، يتحمل MHLZEN تكاليف الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بالكامل.
- تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لمراجعة واعتماد المورد قبل إتمامها.
- بعد الموافقة واستلام المنتج، يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية وفق المدة المعتمدة من مزود خدمة الدفع.
Return & Exchange Policy
At MHLZEN, we strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service. As products are shipped directly by our suppliers, the following policy applies:
- Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or damage after delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, MHLZEN will cover the return or replacement costs.
- All return and exchange requests are subject to supplier review and approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing time.
