الشروط والأحكام

1. استخدام المتجر

يوافق العميل على استخدام المتجر بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

نحرص على دقة معلومات المنتجات والأسعار، ومع ذلك يحتفظ MHLZEN بحق تعديل الأسعار أو المواصفات أو إيقاف أي منتج دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الطلبات

يعتبر الطلب مكتملًا بعد تأكيد الدفع. ويحق لـ MHLZEN إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر، أو عدم توفر المنتج، أو الاشتباه بعملية غير نظامية، مع إعادة المبلغ المدفوع إن وجد.

4. الشحن والتوصيل

يتم شحن الطلبات من خلال شركائنا في الشحن، وتختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المدينة وشركة الشحن. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة بيانات وعنوان التسليم.

5. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال المنشورة في المتجر.

6. الخصوصية

يتم التعامل مع بيانات العملاء وفق سياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية المعتمدة في المتجر، ولا يتم استخدامها إلا لتقديم الخدمات وإتمام الطلبات.

7. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والشعارات والصور والتصاميم الخاصة بـ MHLZEN محمية، ولا يجوز استخدامها أو إعادة نشرها دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.
